ISE had been in business for a little over 20 years when I joined them in 2013. Over that 20 years business had slowly declined as competition in the marketplace had increased and ISE had suffered from some confusion about who they were and their place in the marketplace.
My first project upon joining the team was to initiate conversations with senior leadership about who ISE was, what their core values were and how they would differentiate themselves from their competitors in a crowded marketplace..
This led to developing a comprehensive new identity and brand style for ISE which - over the next few years - was used to produce a wide range of sales/marketing/promotional/corporate material.
